At Tuang Coffee, we source and process the finest coffee from Flores Manggarai with consistency and care. Every step, from harvest to processing, is managed with precision to ensure quality you can always rely on. We work closely with our farmers, providing continuous post-harvest training and support, because we understand how much their practices contribute to the final quality of the beans.


From our facility in Flores Manggarai, we carefully separate coffees by varietal, processing method, and even from specific villages and farmers. This structured approach ensures full traceability and allows each lot to showcase its distinct origin and character. Through ongoing fermentation experiments and close collaboration with local producers, we continue to refine flavors while maintaining transparency from farm to cup.

Green Beans

A classic method used in many coffee regions. The cherries undergo a 12-hour fermentation with the skin still intact before being washed and hulled. This process enhances body and brings out a clean sweetness in the cup. 

In honey processing, the mucilage is left on the beans, creating layers of flavor. Black, red, and yellow honey each offer a different intensity, giving a diverse spectrum of tasting notes.

A high-risk, high-reward approach. When done with care, natural processing delivers a clean, balanced cup while highlighting rich fruit-forward characteristics.

Grown at around 1,300 meters above sea level, this naturally processed robusta develops a distinctive profile, offering depth and strength with a refined edge.
