As a coffee processor from Flores Manggarai, we draw our inspiration from the land, the people, and the deep-rooted coffee culture of Manggarai. We work closely with local farmers, building long-term partnerships that support better and more sustainable trading practices. Through these relationships, we aim to contribute meaningfully to the growth of the coffee community. We named ourselves “Tuang,” meaning king in Manggarai, as a reminder to treat coffee, and everyone behind it, with the highest respect.
We continue to learn from coffee itself, from the trees and soil to the varietals and fermentation methods. Improving quality is part of our everyday work, because we believe coffee is more than just black and bitter. It holds depth, character, and stories worth sharing.
