Shaped By Process

Every coffee has a story, and most of that story is written long before roasting.

At Tuang Coffee, we believe flavor is shaped by the process, starting with careful cherry selection, controlled fermentation, and patient drying.

Fermentation helps develop acidity and aroma through the work of naturally occurring microorganisms. Drying plays an equally important role. Some of our naturals spend up to 6 weeks on raised beds, allowing moisture to decrease slowly and evenly.

This slower process helps preserve clarity, intensity, and layers in the cup.

Our 2026 harvest is a reminder that great coffee isn't made by one big step, but by hundreds of small decisions. The details matter. And in coffee, those details become flavor.
